Our products
All our products are handmade in Australia. Due to the nature of handmade items, and differences in yarn selection and availability, each item is individual and there may be slight variations from one to another if you purchase more than 1 of the same item.
Please supervise children under three years of age with our products. Some of our products may have pompoms, buttons or Fringe that could be harmful to young children.
Delivery
We endeavour to post out all orders within 3 days of receiving them (unless specified in the description). If this cannot be achieved for any reason, we will contact you and advise when your order will be posted.
All deliveries will be provided with a tracking number unless it is stated otherwise on the order.
Care
At Crochet by Carms, we go to great lengths to ensure our products are of the highest quality. If an item requires special care, instructions will be provided with the order.
Returns
Please chose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your item, please contact us within 5 days of purchase.
