Shipping policy

All readymade orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Made-to-order products will be shipped when they are completed, usually with a 1-2 week turnaround. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

I charge a standard flat rate of $10 for all orders within Australia, or $12.50 if you choose Express Post.
Please note choosing Express post will not put a rush on the actual creation of the order.
All packages are sent with tracking via Australia Post. And I will provide you with the tracking number.

We now offer the option of free Local Pickup if your postcode is located around the Glenmore Park/Penrith NSW area.
If you select local pickup, I will email you to arrange a time for you to pick up your order.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: USA, Canada, New Zealand 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout,  starting at $22, depending on the size of the item.
All orders are sent via Australia Post and will contain a tracking number.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Crochet by Carms is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@crochetbycarms.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if you are not totally satisfied with the quality of your item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@crochetbycarms.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
